Course Description:

he Creative and Innovation Thinking course is designed for practitioners who want to develop their ability to think creatively and innovatiavely. Participants will learn techniques for generating ideas, reframing problems, and applying creativity to their work. Through case studies and hands-on exercises, they will gain practical experience in using creative and innovative thinking to solve problems and drive innovation.



Learning Objectives:

  • Participants will be equipped with creativity frameworks and tools to be able to apply in their working context.
  • Participants will be able to come up with new creative and innovative ideas to enhance improve their user experience in various context e.g. new products & services, marketing campaign.
