This course is an exploration of best practices in Product Management for product managers or aspiring product managers, entrepreneurs, or anyone that wants to learn the fundamentals of product management. Students learn product design fundamentals, how to create and measure product-market fit, UX design, business fundamentals, and the keys to effective stakeholder communication and management.

Target Participants

Students generally have recently acquired a role as a Product Manager and are looking to formalize their skills. Some students are interested in developing their own product plan or are seeking to round out other skill sets in adjacent careers.

Prerequisites

This course is open to complete beginners. There are no prerequisites or admissions criteria. Laptop required.
